Global Sustainability & Cultural Exchange Initiative

The Fostering Cross-Cultural Collaboration for a Sustainable World project is an initiative of IENI, aiming to enhance global engagement, and collaboration among local high school students, members of the UNA-USA Montana State Chapter, international educators, and other community members. Aligned with IENI’s Strategic Plan, this project fosters cross-cultural understanding through meaningful partnerships and collaboration.

The project’s goal is to help participants develop intercultural skills, increase awareness of sustainable living practices, and appreciate world languages, diverse cultures, and traditions. By nurturing these values, the project aims to create the next generation of change leaders with a strong sense of global citizenship.

World Awareness Fair was held at Gallatin High School on October 10, 2024, where students and educators participated in activities and discussions centered on cross-cultural collaboration, diverse cultures and traditions, global educational issues, and potential solutions presented by Fulbright TEA international teachers.
